Sarah has changed my life, I have lost over 10kg over the last 3 months attending Sarah’s Boot Camp and Running Club. I was struggling on my own when I joined, Sarah classes are fun and intensive, she pushes you every week to achieve more. Everyone has come along so far we are all competing in a 10km Race. Sarah is an amazing personal trainer. She is encouraging and helps me to push myself but is always understanding and realistic. Not only is she a fantastic coach but she continues to support you outside of your PT session, she keeps things fun and interesting with monthly challenges and keeps us up to date on all the different areas of fitness, for example: stress/sleep/diet/water.
You receive constant support in the group WhatsApp chat and can join the multiple different clubs she runs like run club or boot camp.
I came to her 8 months ago with a goal and together we have achieved this goal. I feel happier and more confident since training with Sarah and I’m excited to continue my journey with her :)
