Hey, I’m Sarah.

Hi, I’m Sarah. I first fell in love with sport at school — from swimming and running to netball, cheerleading and hockey. Being active gave me confidence and energy. But as life got busier and I moved into the corporate world, I found myself struggling to make time for the very thing that made me feel my best.

During Covid, I made a big decision: I retrained as a Personal Trainer so I could help others build fitness into their lives, no matter how busy they were. Since then, I’ve worked with clients of all backgrounds — through bootcamps, running clubs, gym sessions and 1:1 coaching — helping them discover a version of fitness that truly works for them.

More recently, I’ve been through another life-changing chapter: becoming a mum. And if there’s one thing motherhood has taught me, it’s how easy it is to put yourself last. The sleepless nights, the constant demands, the never-ending to-do list — your own wellbeing can quickly fall to the bottom. But I’ve also learned that making space for fitness isn’t selfish — it’s transformational. It gives you energy, resilience, confidence, and a better sense of you. And when you feel stronger, the whole family benefits too.

That’s why I’m passionate about helping mums rediscover their love for looking after themselves, rebuild strength, and fit exercise into the reality of everyday life. But whether you’re a parent, juggling a busy job, or simply ready to make a change, I’m here to support you.
